Resort Rules And Management policies:

 

In Order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between the guest and “Greek Bay, a unit of Offbeat Strings” (hereinafter called ‘Management’) under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guest(s):-

 

  1. Tariff

 

The tariff is for the room only and is exclusive of any government taxes applicable meals and other services are available at extra cost. To know your room tariff, please contact the front office staff. Guest registration and kyc is a must on arrivals as part of the check in process 

 

  1. Settlement Of Bills

 

Booking from any website/OTAs would be considered confirmed by our reservation team only after prepayment. For all direct bookings, prepayment is mandatory before Check-In. Modes of payment accepted will be mentioned on the bill. 

 

  1. Reception Timing

The reception is open between 8:00 am – 10:00 pm. These are our contact timings as well.

 

  1. Age Restriction

Guests under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

 

  1. Check-in 

 

Check in time is 02:00 PM. The guest is expected to present their  official government ID card. Passport at the time of check in. Copy of the same will be kept on hotel records as per Law.

 

  1. Check-out

 

Check out time on or before 11.00 AM, irrespective of check in time. Please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. The extension may be granted depending on the availability. If the room is available, the normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry or period the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.

 

  1. Cancellation Policy

 

  • We have a 3 day cancellation policy (i.e. 72 hours from the standard check-in time 2:00 pm). Failure to inform us within this time will result in cancellation charges of the full amount of the entire stay.
  • If you have booked a Non refundable promotional room tariff, in the event of cancellation the guest will be liable to pay for the entire booking and is not entitled to a refund.
  • All bookings during 15th December and 17th January will be non refundable, and in the event of cancellation the guest will be liable to pay for the entire booking and is not entitled to a refund
  • All refunds will be processed after deducting a 5% online processing charge for online transactions.Please allow 7 working days to process refunds from check out date as mentioned on the reservation that is being canceled.
  • All pre-approved group bookings shall come under non refundable booking. Hence no free cancellation shall be applicable for these bookings.
  • All NO SHOWS will be treated as per the cancellation policy and the guest will be liable to pay for the entire booking and is not entitled to a refund.

 

These rules and regulations are subject to change any time without Prior notice.

 

  1. Luggage Storage

 

Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the luggage room, at the guest’s sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause, Luggage can be stored only for the day and not longer.

 

  1. Guest’s Belongings

 

Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms at all times. For the convenience of the Guest, electronic safety lockers are provided in the room to store any valuables.

 

The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.

 

  1. Housekeeping

 

Every room is deep cleaned and sanitised after every check out and kept sealed until the next check in. To maintain household integrity, we will be offering a “Housekeeping Light” service to our guests. This means that no one will enter your room for the duration of your stay unless requested. Any additional items can easily be requested from reception.

 

A daily housekeeping service will still be available, at your request. 

 

  1. Swimming pool rules & regulations

 

  •  Hours of Pool operation are from 07.00 AM to 08.00 PM
  • Swimming Costumes are Mandatory to use the pool. So the guests are requested to bring their own costumes, For Men – only Nylon Shorts. For Women – Proper Swim Suit are only allowed. Wearing T-Shirt, Pant, Salwar-Kameez, Churidar, Saree, Night dress are strictly not allowed while using the pool)
  • Guests swim at their own risk and the Resort will not be responsible for any injuries while using the Resort facilities.
  • Children below 14 years of age must be accompanied by their Parents. 
  • Diving and Running is not permitted in the pool area.
  • Pool users are requested to maintain decorum at all times.
  • Persons suffering from any Disease / Skin Disorder are not permitted to use the swimming pool.

 

  1. Pets

 

We do not allow pets at the resort.

 

  1. Hazardous Goods

 

Bringing goods and/or storing of raw or exposed cinema films, or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited.

 

The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invitees visitors, agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests’ own negligence and non-observance of any / instructions.

 

Gambling, consumption of alcohol, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.

 

  1. Alcohol and smoking

 

Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the entire resort. Smoking inside the room is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only in designated spaces. Please check with the front office staff for more details.

 

  1. Damage to Property

 

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

 

  1. Management’s Rights

 

It is agreed that guests will conduct themselves in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the resort premise.

 

In the case of default, the Management has the right to request any guest to vacate their room or other areas of the resort forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In the case of  default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by them.

 

  1. Relation between Management and Guest

 

Nothing hereinabove shall continue or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, or any other right to interact in the resort premises or any part of portion thereof, in favour of any Guest or resident or visitor, and the Management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the whole of the resort premises.

 

  1. Government rules and regulations and application of laws

 

Guests are requested to observe, abide by, confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.

 

  1. Privacy Policy

We are committed to keeping your data safe. We only collect information that you provide to us directly and indirectly when you make an inquiry or make a booking on our website, over email, phone or through a third party. This information is solely used to administer your stay with us and verify your identity. 

  1. Photographs and Videos

 

Using photographs and video’s taken in the hotel for commercial purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.

 

  1. Usage of logo and website 

 

The Greek Bay logo may not be reproduced in any form for any purpose.
